Full Tour Description

Duration: 2 hours + training

The tour starts with a 20-30 minute orientation session in front of our office on the big open square (not included in quoted tour time). Your guide will be on hand to help you get to grips with the Segway and to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Budapest.

Budapest is at its most beautiful in the evenings and this tour will help you see that. We’ll first ride to St Stephen’s Basilica, then check out Liberty Square before arriving at Parliament, one of the most spectacular buildings in the city – and the second largest parliament building in Europe!

From there, we take you to the iconic Margaret Island, first crossing Margaret Bridge where you can enjoy the panorama of the Parliament and the Buda Castle District and Gellert Hill.

On the way back we glide through the city’s main inner town sights which, at dusk, will be illuminated – giving great photo opportunities during the tour.

Our Segway tours run with small groups and generally do not have more than 10 participants. This makes them interactive and personal and gives you plenty of chances to ask questions and get to know your guide. You can also hit them up for local tips on where to go and what else to do.

We reserve the right to alter and change the tour program without prior notice due to construction, city closures for events, festivals and so on throughout the year.

Training and guided tour, Segway machine rental, helmet, stops for photos and questions.

Exclusions

Entry fees to sights and museums, food and beverages except where noted, transport to the meeting point or from the conclusion point, gratuity/tip.
